These Terms of Service govern your use of Soft Landing, an SMS-based gift service that delivers personal messages to new parents.

The Service

Soft Landing delivers daily SMS messages written by friends and family to a designated recipient. Messages are purchased as a gift by an organizer on behalf of a recipient.

SMS Opt-In and Consent

Recipients must reply YES to an initial consent message before any daily messages are sent. By replying YES, you agree to receive SMS messages from Soft Landing for the duration of your message collection. To opt in, reply YES to the consent message sent to your phone number.

Message Frequency

Recipients will receive one SMS message per day, typically for 10–20 days depending on the number of messages collected.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at softlandingnotes00@gmail.com.

Limitation of Liability

Soft Landing is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues or circumstances outside our control.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
